We had Marissa with Flawless for our wedding (literally yesterday) and she was so fantastic I had to write a review immediately. She was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding - I even had groomsmen at the rehearsal dinner telling me they were going to update her with some info so I didn’t have to worry about things the next day! Everyone knew she was a call or text away the week of. Now the day off? I cannot say enough great things about how helpful she was the entire day. I was really on the fence about having a coordinator and spending extra money but she is worth way way more than what she asks for. There were some vendors I didn’t have to see at all because she just took care of greeting them and making sure they showed up. I can’t imagine having to do that if she was not there! She had to break the news to me that it started raining 30 minutes before my outdoor ceremony and she was SO kind with how she addressed it. She and my family took care of flipping the whole venue and we still started on time!!
She was my ultimate hype girl all day and kept me in good spirits with the chaos and the rain - her energy is just out of this world.
BOOK FLAWLESS NOW!!! If you are on the fence - PLEASE DO IT! My entire family and wedding party raved about her all day!!

I cannot recommend Marissa and Marianne enough. They were amazingly helpful in a very stressful few days leading up to the wedding (with weather that caused a ceremony venue change and time change). They kept their calm and made sure all the little details fell into place. I was able to set my phone aside and be fully present the day of (even with coordinating a BUNCH of DIY details coming from different cars and different people at different times). If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, do it-it's some of the best money we spent. And if you're wondering who to go with, it is hands down Flawless Festivities.

We have recently worked with Marissa on a glorious wedding and must say in one word we simply found her to be exceptional!

"We were so fortunate to have Marissa be our “chaos coordinator” for our wedding. She did such a fantastic job and really took as much pressure off of us as possible!
We broke down at the last minute and decided we wanted a wedding day coordinator and fortunately, we got Marissa’s last available weekend about 2 months before our wedding! In our two meetings before the wedding, Marissa took time to listen to us about what we wanted, our concerns, and areas where we thought things could not go as planned and she formulated her plan to address those issues and mitigate any risks.

"We were lucky enough to have Marissa serve as our day-of coordinator for our wedding day. From the very beginning, she was extremely detail-oriented, attentive to our needs, and made the process fun! Marissa was constantly there to answer all our questions and was quick to respond to our constant revisions.
On the big day, Marissa was right there with us every step of the way and truly served as an honorary bridesmaid. She brought along an assistant and together, they handled everything with the upmost professionalism, optimism, and were ready to tackle any "kink" in the day. She even sewed a last minute bustle on my dress which held for the entire reception, when mine mysteriously could not be found! My family were able to really relax and enjoy themselves and we honestly couldn't have imagined the entire day being any more perfect! I know that's in large part because we were fortunate enough to have Marissa on our team. She was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding and we can't say enough wonderful things about her services!"

"For our wedding in November 2018 we had both decided early on that we needed a wedding planner but due to finances could only afford a day-of coordinator. We were told about Marissa and her amazing work by my brother’s girlfriend and I’m so thankful we did.
Marissa was more than just a day-of planner; she is the person I credit to making my day the most amazing experience that it could be. From the rehearsal on she took control and was able to keep our large and somewhat wild wedding party in order without taking away any of the fun. I had complete trust in her the day of keeping everyone, including myself, on time and we even had time to spare before the ceremony to just relax and enjoy everyone. Her timeline helped after the ceremony into the reception. I know I’m biased but I have never been to a reception that flowed so well with no downtime.
